This Shipping Policy explains where Zareky ships, how long delivery usually takes, how much shipping costs, and what happens if your order is delayed, damaged or missing.

1. Where we ship
We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom, including:
- England
- Scotland
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
At this time, we do not currently ship to:
- PO Box addresses
- BFPO addresses
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- International addresses outside the United Kingdom
We may expand to additional regions in the future. If you are interested in shipping to a specific country or region, please contact us at contact@byzareky.com.
2. Shipping cost
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable shipping discounts will be shown at checkout.
3. Delivery times
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary depending on carrier availability, warehouse processing, product availability, your delivery address and seasonal demand.
If a product has a different delivery estimate, this will be stated on the product page or at checkout.
4. Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where tracking is available.
5. Shipping carriers
We may use trusted UK delivery partners such as:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
- Yodel
- DHL
- DPD
- Other tracked delivery partners
The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the product, warehouse location, delivery address and fulfilment method.
Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch.
6. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link, where available.
You can use this link to follow the progress of your delivery.

7. Estimated delivery dates
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but occasional delays may happen due to:
- Carrier delays or service disruption
- High-volume periods, such as Black Friday or Christmas
- Weather disruption
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Product availability or warehouse processing delays

8. Delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number.
We will check the status of your shipment and, where necessary, contact the carrier or fulfilment partner.
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer either:
- A replacement order, where available; or
- A refund for the affected item/order
UK online sellers are generally expected to deliver goods within 30 days unless another delivery period has been agreed with the customer.
9. Incorrect delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you need to change your delivery address after ordering, contact us immediately at:
We will try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or sent to fulfilment.
If an order is delivered to the wrong address because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete details, the customer may be responsible for any additional re-delivery costs.
10. Failed delivery attempts
If the carrier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, they may:
- Leave the parcel in a safe place
- Deliver to a neighbour
- Take the parcel to a local collection point
- Attempt delivery again
- Return the parcel to sender
Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address details, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs from your refund, where permitted by law.
11. Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Photos of the damaged item or packaging, where applicable
- Details of any missing items
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
This does not affect your statutory rights if your goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
12. Lost orders
If your tracking shows that your order has not moved for an unusually long period or appears to be lost, please contact us.
We may need to investigate with the carrier before confirming the parcel as lost.
If the order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
13. Subscription and recurring order deliveries
Some Zareky products may be available as subscription or recurring deliveries.
For subscription orders:
- Each recurring order is processed according to your selected billing and delivery frequency
- You will be charged according to the subscription plan shown at checkout
- You may manage, pause, skip or cancel your subscription before the next billing date, where available
- Once a recurring order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel that shipment

14. Taxes
Prices for UK customers are displayed in GBP (£).
Applicable taxes, including VAT where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the relevant tax rules.
15. Pre-orders and backorders
If an item is sold as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately or wait until all items are available, depending on the order and fulfilment method.
